Pros

The planning and financial organization helps the sales rise, helps keep good records of clients in line. Very user friendly if you know your computer well.
Everyone involved was impressed by the organization of the training and effectiveness of it. They offered us the ability to call anytime if we have any issues.
I like this software because it is affordable and and adds a lot of value to my money which is why I love it.

Pros

The comprehensive database, the intuitive tools, the ease of deployment - all of these are appreciated about this product.
It is popular and used by a few other businesses that we know, so we considered it and the functionality is good.
Love the email tracking and wonderful having contacts all in the same place. As a solopreneur, it is like having a virtual assistant.

Cons

Customer service has suffered due to the dropped messages, limited user interface and time consuming ticket entry. Users and employees alike avoid the system.
Having trouble with acrobat pdfs and converting them in excel or words documents. Secondly trouble creating email groups and then editing email groups.
Getting error some time so it's take some time to remove the error.

Cons

Also, there is a hard limit of 1,000 custom fields, which is not something you can even buy more of, which in my opinion is a severe limitation.
Lack of industry specific columns or trackers. Lack of customization to suit the needs of the industry I was in.
There have been multiple times where we lost data and data was unretrievable.

We use Dynamics to track customer communications and simple project management.

Pros

We switched from another CRM to Dynamics after biting the bullet and going full O365. I have to say, I'm impressed with the product. It's a powerhouse of a CRM, with tons of integrations. I love the user interface and the way it works seamlessly with other Microsoft products, even on a Mac.

Cons

It's pricey for a CRM, especially when you've got products like HubSpot that just give this functionality away for free.

Pros

I have come from Hubspot, and a range of other CRM solutions and none have the capability that Dynamics has. Microsoft has so many integrations, and utilising them is one of the essential items to our success.

Cons

It does take a while to get used to, but once you have learnt and implemented a few workflows to your liking, the system gets so easy it is almost on autoplay.

Dynamics for Sales can be customized to do pretty much anything to fit your companies needs.

I can see all previous contact, both by myself or others. It's one place for all documents, able to keep track of completed tasks, history of the customer, etc.

Pros

Integration with Microsoft suite of products. Superior level of customization and integration into 3rd party software and apps. The large number of line of business modules is allowing it to be utilized by far more departments. The LinkedIn integration has made gathering Sales Analytics simpler and faster : now I can find referrals and introductions for new business. The Outlook integration is also simple and easy to use and allows for all communication tracking within the Sales module with a click of a button.

Cons

The UI could definitely needs some improvement. HubSpot is a good example of great UI/UX integration. The price is a little high when compared to smaller CRM solutions. It's not easy to start using this product out-of-the-box.

Overall, my experience is fair with the product. The software itself is simple to use since it allows users to customize the apps to their business needs. However if I could choose any CRM software, MS Dynamics wouldn't be the one I would lean towards since there are better products out there.

Pros

The software is very versatile and contains everything that I need related to CRM and ERP in a central location. It can also be utilized across various business units at a company and it's extremely easy to customize the apps within the software for each user.

Cons

It's not the most well known CRM software out there these days. For example, Hubspot and Saleforce are gaining more popularity in the market. Another con is there are two many forced upgrades that take place as typically seen with all other Microsoft products.

The Dynamics CRM overall gets the job done. There is an ease of access and transition from our inside sales reps to the field reps using the CRM, which ultimately is what you need out of a CRM. The integrations we are able to use with it are VERY helpful as well.

Pros

Operates as a standard CRM. Provides many options to input customer data. Integrations with other Microsoft products is a plus (mainly Outlook for me personally). Resembles Salesforce in many ways.

Cons

In comparison to other CRM's I've used, I think just the overall layout and navigation of the CRM is much more complicated than others. Also, it doesn't have as many marketing options for example as Hubspot, which was a downfall for me when I was first introduced to it.

Pros

Well, it's made by Microsoft, so it does have a good integration with other Windows products. However, that is about everything I could think of in terms of strength.

Cons

First of all, the system is slow and takes time to process new records. Our sales team consistently comes across crashes and we talk with our internal IT team all the time in regards to these errors. The tabs that you have to click and navigate aren't that intuitive compared to other CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

Abbiamo scelto questo software di Crm perchè ha delle qualità di integrazione davvero elevate. Il flusso di partenza prevede sempre l'inserimento di un nuovo Lead (persona fisica). Dopo la verifica del team Crm, il lead viene assegnato al sales che quindi in questo modo potrà concentrarsi sull'acquisizione di un nuovo cliente. Il software permette anche di verificare la propensione al rischio del cliente e le successive azioni che bisogna compiere per acquisire il cliente.

Pros

As the administrator, I appreciate that Dynamics resembles the other Office 365 products by way of administration, UI, and UX.

Cons

I don't feel that Dynamics is the best CRM solution out there by any means. Microsoft is not a CRM provider; they just offer a CRM solution. If given the choice, I would go with a CRM from a provider that specializes in CRM software. Dynamics does not have the capabilities or functionality we need at my organization, but we chose it because it is a Microsoft product and integrates well with other Microsoft products. That being said, the user experience and admin experience are both lacking, and I would not recommend this product to others looking for a robust CRM.

Great customer support during the entire integration and deployment process. Excellent training program for end users. Now that all users are on the same platform our internal support has progressed greatly.

Pros

We were looking for a new ERP system that offered mobility, as well as being able to integrate all of our offices into one platform. We had several locations using a number of ERP systems and standardizing on one system was a goal for deployment.

Cons

The deployment did have some hurdles in the way of transferring our older CRM into Microsoft Dynamics. We were working with several ERP and CRM systems.

Integration to other Microsoft products is more seamless than other CRM systems. In addition for a very good value, Microsoft CRM has all the traditional CRM features and good platform functionality.

HubSpot is the Beginner's CRM

Our campaign tracking and reporting was extremely rudimentary or nonexistant, but it didn't take long to turn things around through HubSpot to provide leadership and sales with much stronger data. As new hurdles or ideas are conceived, it is quick and easy to make them into a reality.

Pros

The ease of use is the biggest draw. When I train new users they quickly get the hang of it, and when people explore the software without guidance, they often find what they're looking for on their own. Its also much faster to develop and implement lists and workflows, as well as make changes to the architecture of the CRM itself.

Cons

It does not directly support Dynamics 365, which is a bummer. If the Salesforce level of support was applied to Microsoft, this would be an absolutely dream come true solution. As it stands, we spend a lot of time making the software talk to each other properly.

Pros

It amazing how someone can see all the communication done on CRM like meeting call or emails. all the marketing data is can be given to a contact. I love how there is a Deals section where all the sales opportunities can be track to see if a person can be a potential customer.

Cons

the only thing that i dont like is the integrating with office 365. if your email is not with gmail or office 365 then you wont get the full effect.

Pros

The interface is one of the best I have ever seen for a CRM. Much easier than Dynamics, what I was using before.

Cons

I really think HubSpot is the standout in the field. I would not have many complaints in my daily usage.

Pros

Allow easy manageability of customer information. Allows to create contact cards and customize them with notes.

Cons

Best option for out-of-the-box functionality

Pros

I used Hubspot at a smaller company (100-150 employees) and it was excellent for what we needed. We loved how easy it was to use "out-of-the-box" ie. without needing customization. We didn't even have a dedicated sales ops person! It did everything we needed it to.

Cons

At a certain point, the cost savings no longer beat out the lack of customization, functionality and integrations that other CRMs like Salesforce or MS Dynamics offer. However for smaller businesses, Hubspot is a very, very strong contender.

Pros

A co-worker of mine has told me about Hubspot CRM shortly after they launched. I was using several different CRMs back then, but wanted to start from a scratch for the new position I took. Almost immediately I was hooked due to product's simplicity and clean UI. And the best thing - it's free for a basic account.

Cons

Initially Hubspot CRM only had gmail integration which was a bummer, since there was no clean way to log incoming responses into CRM, unless you were on gmail. They now support office 365 integration which solves that problem for me.

Hubspot CRM Connects Marketing and Sales

This is an incredible product. I've had experience with Salesforce and Dynamics, but this CRM was less expensive and easier to use. The workflow is exactly what I was looking for in a small sales and marketing team. The one drawback is on reporting. I wish they could find a better way to add on reporting into the Hubspot Sales platform.

Best CRM I've worked with

I've previously worked with several CRM solutions among which Salesforce, Zoho CRM and Microsoft Dynamics. In comparison to those, HubSpot stands out in user friendlyness, good value for money and great customer service. HubSpot CRM becomes extremely powerful when used in combination with their Marketing Automation features, but of course that will come with a different price tag. In general: Great CRM solution every company should consider.

Top-quality CRM with excellent features, just make sure everyone is on board

Overall, HubSpot has been an INCREDIBLY positive experience for us. I won't lie and say there haven't been frustrations, but there are always going to be frustrations with switching software or implementing new processes. Ultimately, HubSpot has helped us bring our processes forward in a wonderful way, and their support is truly, truly superior to any other product support I have ever received.

Pros

To HubSpot's credit, their CRM functions really quickly and its basic features have a very short learning curve -- we onboarded our sales teams in multiple parts, with inside first followed several months later by outside reps. The main CRM we used before HubSpot was Microsoft Dynamics, and we are still significantly based there, but I attribute the positive reception of a new (and dramatic) software shift to HubSpot's ease of use and quick accessibility of prospect information.

Cons

We've run into a similar problem several times due to our industry being so niche (and therefore, the information we collect tends to be highly customized). We have needed to organize and implement quite a few custom fields, which GENERALLY HubSpot's CRM is very good about -- however, there are some significantly important fields that cannot be changed at all, even by HubSpot. We also have had some issues with company associations -- if your prospects work in an industry in which one company can have multiple locations (and the distinction matters), HubSpot's CRM does not lend itself well to that at all.

Great and affordable CRM solution for small business

I highly recommend HubSpot CRM for managing customers relationships more efficiently.

Pros

HubSpot is the go to solution for first time CRM users. It has a free plan which has plenty of basic features and allows unlimited users. Its easy to use and intuitive even for clients that never used CRM before. It has email and calendar integration from Google or Office 365 eliminating all the hassle with manual data entries.

Cons

HubSpot is very good for small businesses as the basic features are free, but as your company grows it can be come pricey and there are better solutions out there. Reports can use some improvement.

Pros

Everything that is essential is achieved in one spot. Every history between the company and clients, every email and calls are archived in the Contact Records. The Deals section also lets you to different customer bases. The deals are quite easy to be managed on. Since all your dealings are put together in a kanban board, it gives an easier picture of what deal is available and what is not.

Cons

You can’t connect Gmail or Office 365 with it. This can affect most business groups since most are totally based on either of them or both. Though a free CRM is provided, the features that you actually require may not be free. The occasional crash down is another problem. The user interface could be more elaborate. When changes are being made on the database, things get to slow done to some extent.
