What is Afandi?

Afandi is a Belgian all-in-one business software platform built specifically for SMEs in construction, retail, hospitality, cleaning services and general trade. It helps manage complete sales flow from quote to invoice. Create quotes, purchase orders, proforma invoices, invoices and credit notes. Afandi connects directly with Yuki, Horus and ClearFacts. Invoices are automatically sent as UBL XML to your accountant's file. Every company also gets a unique virtual email address for their accounting file, all purchase and sales invoices are automatically forwarded in UBL format and placed in the correct file.

POS module includes, barcode scanner, CashDro cash drawer and receipt printer, X/Z reports, shift management, split payments, gift vouchers, returns and table management for hospitality. Users can plan and manage work orders via the mobile PWA app. Field workers see their daily tasks, check in and out for RSZ/CIAO compliance, register used materials, add photos and collect digital signatures, all from their smartphone without installation. Required by Belgian law for construction companies and cleaning services. Afandi handles the registration automatically when the worker checks in via the app. Includes a live dashboard per worksite.

It offers multi-warehouse stock management with reservations, backorders, bundle products and marketplace sync. Smart allocation algorithm distributes stock across warehouses in the correct order. Integrates with Shopify, WooCommerce and Bol.com. It helps plan vehicle routes, optimize delivery order automatically and let drivers handle deliveries digitally via the PWA app. Customers receive a real-time tracking link. Includes proof of delivery (signature + photo + GPS), failed delivery handling and rescheduling.
