Pros

Great customer support, the implementation team took good care of us and answered our questions quickly and efficiently. They were patient and gave clear explanations.
Great reporting capabilities. Customer service has been amazing and our implementation specialist has been a dream to work with.
Secondly, the support we get from the team is outstanding. Rep has been available to resolve issues and any and all tweaking is possible to do with ease with him.

Pros

Our Sana support team has been fantastic, helping us in any way possible with ideas on how to increase customer adoption. If we were to do it again, we would still choose Sana's product.
They have a great training plan setup and ready and their project management was excellent.
The price quality ratio is very good. Stable and steady solution.

Cons

Stock sync is a mess, keeps zeroing out our Shopify stock. Uploading from Cin7 to Shopify is impossible, we tried and lost all our store listings took 5 days to re-enter the data.
Zero compensation for lost data which was only one of the issues with bugs.
9 months on, and still no end in sight to the implimenttation process, with one team member blaming another, or a different department being the common issue.

Cons

When we realized our error and tried to go back, there is no default option to go back, You have to ask for a entirely new development.
Sometimes it's difficult to modify something in lay-out or integrations with other software. The connection between Sana and mailchimp should be more.
No customizations can be made on Sana (just NAV or other ERP).

Full of bugs with appalling customer service

The platform is full of bugs The platform is full of bugs. On-boarding was appalling. Stock sync is a mess, keeps zeroing out our Shopify stock. Uploading from Cin7 to Shopify is impossible, we tried and lost all our store listings......took 5 days to re-enter the data. One of the main features is supposed to be having a single point of product truth, in reality its anything but, our Shopify store...

Integration with our e-commerce stores. Integration with our 3PL.

Cons

Features full of bugs. Constant stock syncing errors. Poor on-boarding. Appalling support.

Our appointed Cin7 implementation specialist has been an absolute pleasure to work with. His customer service skills, attentiveness and knowledge across the software has been exceptional. As a small business, implementing a new system can be daunting and overwhelming but [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has helped me ( us) in great leaps and bounds.

Pros

*The interface and dashboard is easy to navigate. *Cin 7 integrates with our accounting + e commerce platform ( Zero + Big commerce) which played a massive factor in our decision. *As we are predominantly B2B, the b2b portal is fantastic. * Great reporting capabilities. *Customer service has been amazing and our implementation specialist has been a dream to work with.

Cin7 Inventory System

Pros

Cin7 monitors my stock well and helps update my E-commerce platform with stock levels. I am almost ready to integrate with Amazon.

Cons

This software is difficult to use, but once you have learned the software it's not as bad. The Cin7 help site provides me with all the information I need. If I do have any further questions, I send my queries to the support team.

this ERP system is so user friendly and I like it since it is web base and integrated, Its connection to differenet cloud services the same as Amazon, E-bay and big commerce is useful.

Cons

access limitation which makes the user listings so crowded and also I need to customize my account more which is not available for the user to customize it's End

Fantastic Support

Built in apps which are ever expanding made integration easy. 3PL and Xero apps were what made us choose this software.

Pros

Cin7 Support is second to none which made implementation and integration a breeze. Moving away from an all in one ERP system Cin7 was an easy choice that ticked all the boxes for E-Commerce, POS, 3PL and integration with Xero.

Cons

The only minor issue was a CSV upload imported some codes as scientific data/date format. Mathew Cho from Cin7 support fixed this and was a pleasure to deal with.

Big Upgrade from our past system

So far we are very happy with Cin7 and anticipate that it will meet our needs as we grow for the foreseeable future.

Pros

Historically, we had a very hard time of getting accurate inventory counts due to our past system not syncing with our e-commerce system and Amazon. Cin7 is linked to all our selling channels which provide for down to the unit accuracy. Other features that made Cin7 appealing is the ability to keep track of virtual bundles and the fact that it is cloud-based.

Cons

Like any new software there is a bit of a learning curve, but Cin7's, onboarding team, particularly [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], were excellent in getting us up to speed.

SLICK STOCK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Pros

There's a lot to love about CIN7. For the most part this is a very slick, well thought out system that is easy to use with many powerful features that allow you to easily manage your inventory whilst having relevant and timlely stats at your fingertips. The dashboard is a fantasic snap shot of where your business is day to day. Using CIN7 on a daily basis I am impressed with how easy it is to use...

Cons

The B2B portal is quite outdated but this is something we believe is going to be updated by CIN7 in the next few months which will make this feature much more usable and current. There were a few things which weren't customisable enough for fashion but the CIN7 team came up with workable solutions for all of the major issues we had.

Pros

Value for money, amount of features packed into the one subscription, integration with other critical software such as accounting, support articles, support staff, flexibility, the list goes on.

Cons

User interface is not as friendly as it could be. This is likely a victim of the huge amount of features available.
