CRO overview

What is CRO?

CRO is waste management software built for route-based waste and site service operators, including roll-off, portable restroom, septic, solid waste, and scrap businesses.

The platform connects dispatching, asset tracking, driver workflows, billing, and collections in one system. Dispatchers can schedule, assign, and reroute jobs using a live drag-and-drop dispatch board, with automatic routing for static accounts and an unassigned queue for dynamic jobs.

Real-time asset tracking helps teams see where containers and equipment are located and how long they have been sitting at each site. In the field, drivers use the CRO mobile app to complete jobs, capture photos and signatures, document service details, and add billable items without calling the office.

Completed job data flows directly into activity-based billing, automatically generating invoices that include billable line items captured in the field. Teams can also manage overdue accounts through an interactive collections dashboard that groups past-due invoices by aging bucket and supports batch statement delivery.

CRO also supports recurring billing, customer payments, and accounting integrations with QuickBooks and Xero, helping waste operators connect field operations with back-office financial workflows.
