Ferryt overview

What is Ferryt?

Ferryt Low-Code platform is a software development environment designed to accelerate the creation and deployment of applications. This platform allows both developers and non-technical users to build applications through visual development tools and drag-and-drop components, significantly reducing development time and costs.

Key features include:

-Visual development interface: Enables rapid design and prototyping with an intuitive drag-and-drop interface.

-Comprehensive design capability: Allows users to design every aspect of a software application, from front-end user interfaces to complex back-end logic and database interactions, all within a unified environment.

-Cross-platform compatibility: Ensures applications run seamlessly across various devices and operating systems.

-Extensibility: Offers custom code integration for complex business logic, ensuring flexibility and scalability.

-Pre-built templates: Facilitates quick startup with industry-specific templates and workflows.

Ferryt Platform consists of 4 main applications:

-Ferryt Architect - For creating and designing IT solutions

-Ferry Admin - For administrating and maintaining the Ferryt environment.

-Ferryt Workplace - For end users who want to process applications created on Ferryt.

-Ferryt eAppllication - For publishing applications on the web or integrating them into third-party applications

Ferryt Platform offers the following functional modules:

- Ferryt eApplication - Forms published in intra or internet of Ferryt processes. Ferryt e-Application will allow you to create and implement web/mobile applications quickly and without the need to use IP competence.

- Ferryt Frontend - Apps for authorized users (via SSO or with Ferryt authorization) for access to processed applications on Ferryt. Ferryt FrontEnd is a layer of the Ferryt Platform user interface that enables many business tasks to be processed in parallel on one ergonomic desktop and/or a mobile device screen.

- Ferryt Flow - Main module with a workflow engine to process the application based on definition created with BPMN 2.0 notation. The module is used for modeling and managing business processes in your organization and makes it possible to design, model, simulate, and start processes in real-time.

- Ferryt DataSpace - Optional module for creating additional databases for data records used in multiple processes. Ferryt DataSpace will enable you to manage data collections without having to store data in processes. The module is used to design data structures and configure their use patterns. Ferryt DataSpace also makes visual controls available, which enable data managed in “out-of-process” tables to be edited.

- Ferryt Output - Ferryt Output is used to automatically produce the contents of documents based on the templates created. Documents can be saved to different file types, including PDF. Documents are generated automatically or at the user’s request.

- Ferryt e-Docs - An electronic repository with document management processes. It supports digitalization, OCR, registration, circulation, storage, and archiving of documents. It is equipped with a search engine and a document browser.

-Ferryt Reporting - A set of ready-made analytical, operational, and managerial dashboards
