What is FieldPro?
FieldPro is a mobile-first Customer Relationship Management software with transactional capabilities through automated workflows. It is based on a web app, used by managers, and a mobile app, used by the field force. The platform has two core modules that consist of field force monitoring (user attendance & GPS tracking) and mobile CRM (customer identification). Beyond that, our tool allows the client to add additional modules of data collection and transactional automated workflows (Sales, Retail Audit, etc). Real-time visibility on the field force performance and data collected is displayed on web dashboards; moreover, integrations are enabled through our APIs. Overall, our solution relies on a self-service workflow and dashboard builder, which allow the clients to create a large variety of use cases.
