Would not be a review if I did not mention the field techs losing their work when signal is spotty - the offline method has not been successful for us yet.

The Quick Books syncing is terrible and is mostly related to QB online but they keep claiming they will make it compatible with QB desktop but have yet to, to my knowledge.

FieldPulse is primarily built for growing field service businesses, and its pricing reflects that target audience. As a Junior Engineer using it for internal operational coordination rather than a full commercial field service operation, the cost feels disproportionate to my scale of use.
