I.e. employee clock in and out are not syncable to qb. But for some reason only 2 of my employee's time are synced when msg tech support they are unable to sync anyone else.

The least thing I like about FieldPulse currently is the integration with the map. If there was a way for us to use the map feature to see where all of our customers are located when there is no task assigned to them that would help us out tremendously in scheduling routes checking in with past customers.

Lack of bulk editing of a customer and the subs. If a customer changes contacts, you have to go into each sub to do the same change.

We have continued support to our customers and we can track everything, from maintenance agreements to service calls its tracked in each asset.

It looks expensive and time-consuming to make this kind of massive switch - and frankly, it is! - but when you look at the time saved by not re-re-re-writing everything by hand, the money saved by preventing fraud and communication errors, and the professionalism gained by ensure everyone knows everything they need to know, it's going to end up saving us a far, far more time, money, and frustration than we've spent setting this up!

There could be better intergrations with maintenance agreements at commercial buildings like apartments that have more than 5 units.

The mobile app sometimes struggles to stay connected, even when the phone has a strong signal or Wi‑Fi connection.

Commercial Estimator

The sync process can be inconsistent and unreliable, leading to delays in updating invoices, payments, and customer information.

My favorite features include knowing when the customers open the estimate or invoice, being able to send via email and text to the customers.

You can't see the unassigned board on your phone. If you have to make multiple visits and are not sure when you need to go again, you cannot put it on the unassigned board as a holding spot, as it will get lost.

It is very useful in scheduling jobs and tracking the history of the jobs we do for each customer/property.    With the many integrations available, our company is able to use it with several other platforms and it is very helpful!

That if a work order is created under a customer that it cant be linked to the maintenance agreement.

FieldPulse is capable of covering a huge range of needs for any service-based business.

It's expensive, complicated, and time-consuming to set up properly and then train our service guys to use it. When onboarding a company which has been mostly pen and paper for 51 years, there's going to be a lot of data mess and workforce retraining to get through before the new system starts to pay off.

The ability to sent out contracts and take payments is another big aspect with Field Pulse.   Once you understand how the Jobs and Invoices are tailored it makes keeping everything in place, nice and neat.

The mobile app is especially helpful for our field technicians, allowing them to update jobs and create invoices on the go.
