High Point GPS is a fleet management and GPS tracking platform that enables fleet operators to view the position of their vehicles in real-time and interact with drivers using two-way communication tools. The application lets companies send route information to drivers on their Garmin (a device specialized in GPS technology) or Android devices. The solution can be used by professionals in multiple industries including building and construction, chemical, energy, mining, food and beverage, plumbing, HVAC, and utilities to manage their fleet operations on a regular basis.
High Point GPS installs a tracking device in each vehicle to record its location, before displaying this in real-time, in a web portal, to create a breadcrumb trail. Fleet operators can click on the trail to know the exact status of vehicles and visualize their direction of movement as well as speed. They can also access location history, speeding violations, speed graph, and overall activity status. The solution displays a vehicle’s over speeding areas in red dots for every road across Canada and The USA.
High Point GPS enables operators to track driver behavior and manage driver profiles to track their performance on various parameters such as speeding, idling, harsh braking, harsh accelerating, and on-time arrival. They can also view drivers' locations, histories, e-log books, alerts, and messages through a single interface. The e-log book is compliant with regulations in the USA as well as Canada and captures information related to Hours of Service (HOS), driver identification, and Driver Vehicle Inspection Reporting (DVIR).
Other features of the application include user dashboard, fuel optimization, fleet maintenance tracking, asset management, routing, time clock, and driver scorecards. High Point GPS offers DOT compliance and integration with Mobileye Collision Avoidance System.
