Pros

My customers are also super happy because HP tells them when something is scheduled and allows them to interact with us. More engaged clients mean happy clients that may spend more.
I love this software, I cannot thank the pros at housecall enough for introducing me to this product. The fee is very affordable and it has everything that I need to run my business daily.
I just like the ease of use and the organization of it. Keeps me organized and helps me accomplish more.

Pros

Wonderful, the team is great and customer service has always been awesome. They answer my questions right away.
I love how easy it is to use for my employees and clients. Everything is very straightforward and love all the features.
Launch27 is the back bone to our business. Launch27 makes owning a business so much easer and there customer service is amazing they are so helpful and polite.

Cons

They utilize a chat bubble on their website for support and have little to no way of escalating a problem to speak with someone. The implementation of new features comes fast and furious.
We reluctantly renewed for one more year because of the hassle of yet another transition, and I can certainly say it has proved to be a mistake and regret.
When your account ask for that information you will not be able to provide that to them. You will eat that loss on your tax filing.

Cons

Terrible SLA, unhelpful customer support, development going the wrong direction.
I highly discourage anyone from using this service. I wanted so badly for this to work but I can honestly say I don't feel valued as a customer.

Might be better for another industry

Launch27 was confusing for my carpet cleaning company and customers didn’t use it as willingly as House Call Pro.

Pros

I liked the support, the story of the founder, the concept and idea for the software. I tried this concurrently with housecall pro.

Cons

The setup is incredibly complicated. Even though there is great support it’s much like computer programming.

It is a great system especially for the end user.

Helps me with booking and payroll. Great addition. Any legitimate cleaning company should use this software.

Pros

I really like the front end booking page that the customers use. It is a great design. And the email follow ups are nicely designed for you.

Cons

I am little more fond of the back end of housecall pro. I used it before switching to Launch 27. They had a little better back end features for less price, but the front end design was horrible.

it made tasks much faster and easier when booking and charging customers

Pros

easy to use, and customers can schedule their own bookings. I found this helpful as it made it easy for me to focus on other tasks

Cons

I haven't used much other booking software, but it all seemed to work well! I used the pro plan and it seemed to work well enough for me.
