What is IntelliTrack?

IntelliTrack is a cloud-based inventory and asset management solution with modules for inventory management, asset management, and mailroom management. The IntelliTrack Mobile module simplifies fixed asset tracking and management using bar code scanning and RFID technologies. It helps users track fixed asset movement, inventory receipt, inventory movement, order fulfilment, asset location, assignee, and maintenance schedules in real-time. The mailroom management module within IntelliTrack offers tools for room-to-room movement tracking, package receipt, package delivery, chain of custody, and more.

IntelliTrack is accessible through any web-enabled device and through the native Android app, allowing the user to keep track of available assets and packages while on-the-go. It can also be used to manage rotational assets in addition to regular assets and assign them to employees and projects. Users can create customized and detailed reports in real-time for the entire organization and print barcode labels for assets, packages, and equipment.
