Mango is a cloud-based software designed to help small and midsize businesses (SMBs) manage quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) standards. It is a mobile-enabled and integrated application that replaces point solutions with a single enterprise platform. Mango provides supplier management, equipment management, training/qualification management, risk management, and document management for the entire organization. Managers can utilize mobile applications on Android and iOS devices to report or investigate accidents and conduct audits and inspections, even from remote locations.
It includes an integrated eLearning system, which lets corporate trainers create training courses by adding questionnaires, documents, content, and images and set up training and assessment schedules for employees. With the accident and incident management module, stakeholders can maintain an accident register, identify root causes of incidents, and monitor the status of investigations, corrective actions, and preventive actions. Mango also enables administrators to assign multiple investigators to an accident/incident and notify them via emails. Managers can use the compliance audit and inspection module to add photos, videos, and documents in ongoing investigations and create custom audit or inspection questions.
