The Better Software does a very good job of receiving feedback from their users and uses that feedback to help implement future projects and directions with the software. Invoice and estimate tracking is nice and a good way to keep track of people receiving and opening those items. I like the ability to attach photos through the system for use in the quotes.

The software is fairly intuitive but Mytime provides great support where other providers just sell the program and you are on your own. The mobile app seems to crash quite a bit and customers have complaints about that its hard for them to book appointments or some of the information and their bookings are not showing. Having a mobile app is great too. The customer support team are super responsive and helpful, and are always open to feedback and ideas for system enhancements.
