It has been over a year since I started using PDF Share Forms and it has never failed me. What I like the most is that I am certain that our legal documents are signed and archived as PDFs automatically when we process them. We have very strict private information handling policies at work and PDF Share Forms together with properly configured workflows and approvals ensure that only certain people can see certain parts of the forms when the form is being directed from one person to another. It is cheaper to use PDF Share Forms for confidential information management than paying lawyers.
I manage office operations at Marrine marina and boat rentals. PDF Share Forms cloud product allowed us to skip buying an expensive CRM product. We use public forms on our website mapped to SharePoint Online. All the information from contact request and other inquiries goes to predefined libraries making contact management very easy. The only downside is a lack of forms designer for the cloud version at the moment. I heard an updated version is coming later this year and it is going to include the designer. I hope they won't charge extra for that.
Carolina, thanks for your review. You are absolutely right. New revolutionary version of cloud product will offer PDF editing options for SharePoint online as well, as for SharePoint on premises. Stay tuned!
