Customer service has always been very pleasant. They were very helpful with any queries and issues that have occurred in the past, all matters were adhered to and efficiently rectified.
I would recommend this to other businesses and we are now looking to put our sister companies on asset 200 because its been such a success.
Customer service is excellent - if I email the help desk someone always phones within half an hour and the knowledge and understanding of the product from the adviser is superb.
It was a little difficult to view the product as the links that were sent required me to register for a full demonstration.
I was thrown into using this program with no real training on what to do and what the software could do.
