“We validate our system and each time we are forced to update because they will not support the version we are on takes a lot of time and money. If there are security issues or bug fixes we always apply them and test, but when they are just pushing new features that we do not need and then are forced to spend a lot of time and money to update and validate, it is quite annoying.”
