I really like the gate integration with the software so I can look at the gate activity log to see who has entered our storage lot.

My storage facility has been full for almost 3 years since i started using Easy Storage Solutions for my billing.

Setting up a new client is swift and the electronic lease capability affords us to assist our clients and gets them access to their self storage unit within minutes.

Their monthly pricing is a bit/lot higher than it should be, and the fact that you cannot select or manage your credit card provider means that you don't even have the option to shop around for the best deal in processing rates.  

I came into my role with zero experience with ESS or background in Self Storage and was able to successfully complete a launch of our site with the ESS team and manage our rentals online.

Their customer service NEEDS lots of training, they are way too quick to close out a request even if they have not solved your problem

My faith in the accuracy of their reports is non existent and as I believe our reports are corrupted I cannot import them into my accounts package (Quickbooks).

The website for making an appointment needs to ask for more information - drivers license, dob, alternate info and should be called something other than appointment .Recurring charges should be prorateable (not just at move out)

Unfortunately we have found a corruption in our Sitelink package, but their customer services are simply incapable of understanding our problem.
