Pros

Sitelink Software and its integration to many other awesome programs have improved the control of our older Storage Portfolio and contributed to enhancing its value when we sold it in 2014.
Has training videos and also great tech support. I use myhub and it helps when not on site for the best customer service.
The user interface is fun and simple. I love the accounts section that houses your tenants information and payment history.

Pros

Great integrated capabilities: Price management, pay on line, mail house and excellent document management. It is extremely simple to manage the day to day operations and the reports are excellent.
My favorite thing about working with storEDGE is the ability to work with their amazing customer service. If I ever have a question or need some assistance, they are right there.
Storedge is a VERY user friendly program. It offers great reporting and we love the automated features that it has for sending notices, etc.

Cons

If you are not familiar with the software, can be very frustrating to set it up.
Price and the lack of functionality on the browser-based version.
The only thing I would say is when moving in new tenants and a small error is made you have to start all over.

Cons

There are a few bugs here and there that get frustrating because of that. They are proactively working those bugs out and are constantly updating either fixes or new updates all the time.
Their TASK bar is non-functional and useless. They do not have a function for "prorated move-ins.
Their automated emails/text messages will get stuck in "pending" and will not always go out to customers even though their software said it has.

Shocked at all the positive reviews

Pretty dreadful experience overall. I could go into details about issues with each of the various services - website development, merchant services, PCI, etc. - but bottom line it is not really technical issues that were ever an issue - it has always been and remains to this day the tremendous lack of customer service, customer responsiveness, customer communications. Maybe it's because i'm a single facility operator, maybe it's because they are growing too quickly and are not growing their support staff quick enough... i don;t know.... but guaranteed i would not wish my user experience with Sitelink on my worst enemy.

Pros

The software is pretty robust and has a lot of really good really strong functionalities, both in terms of moving in tenants and running various reports, and inter connectivity with other adjacent software programs.

Cons

The absolute worst thing about Storable/Sitleink is their customer communications when it comes to coming up the learning curve as a new user addressing questions and resolving issues. Be prepared to spend a lot of time listened to their elevator music because if your experience is like mine you're going to spend a lot of time on hold.
