a) backend software is not intuitive and hard to use without training b) sometimes hard to get data for large timeframes easily c) sometimes hard to make daily/weekly/monthly emails to team to point them to correct data streams d) phone app is useless - need to use on chrome to use on phone 1) need to make data range data crunches on whiteboard view so all users can get to data simpler 2) need to make loading of cells, moving of cells, changes to rates easily from whiteboard view 3) need to fix phone app so it works on apple products
