Can not say we had any pro come from using simpro very much let down. Plenty of other software packages out there
Would not recommend to anyone to use. we operate as a commercial electrical company with 20 employees and it could not project manage our work.

Poor software, Poor management, poor implementation, Avoid at all costs
The sales team at Sim Pro promised us the world and everything we said we needed they insisted that the software could produce these for us. Only to find out they couldn't after we had signed up and started implementation.
The reports that generate off the back of a service visit are extremely poor and the SimPro team are extremely poor in helping with simple adjustment requests

quoting software with the ability to transform to jobs
My very first question and reason for switching was to be able to do ACH and Credit card on recurring invoices. I was told we could all the way through the process but no one could tell me how. Finally I was told it was a problem on how it was set up on square's end. Finally I was able to get a live person at square that informed me the only way they can accept ACH is if the invoice is created in square NOT in sim PRO. I have spent countless hours and dollars being lied to!

They have a program available for any size of company. And it’s so dang simple to use.
Don’t waste any more money on all those others. I used systems from SimPro, TechAnywhere, Desco, Fieldedge.etc.... they all work but at a way higher price. Initiate upfront costs, annual renewal fees, monthly maintenance fee, plus charge you a per user fee. On top of you have to go to their training classes. $$$$. No only that. But it literally takes a team to enter info from a job. CSR, then on to a Dispatcher. Then to the technician technician back to the dispatch, dispatch to back Office to enter the rest of the data where it belongs. Well NOT anymore with HOUSECALL PRO!!!
I actually can’t think of anything other that it doesn’t have a P.O. system Integrated into it. This would make things more streamlined
