What is Smartspanner?
Smartspanner is a cloud-based computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) designed to assist users in managing facilities, assets, and tasks from anywhere in the world. Users can create and manage a range of different task types, including preventative maintenance, faults, breakdowns, condition monitoring, inspection and calibration, health and safety, and more. Smartspanner allows users to add deadlines to tasks, set task priorities, assign technicians, record planned time, and schedule email reminders. Recurring task schedules can be set up, removing the need to manually create and assign new tasks for routine work.
Full asset histories can be viewed in Smartspanner, including details of all tasks, readings, procedures, spare parts, files, and notes. Users can filter tasks by type, technician, and status, and generate reports on task, asset, and user activity, with customizable date ranges. Reports can be exported in PDF and Excel formats.
