Switchboard allows organizations to manage digital records of pre and post-trip vehicle inspections in compliance with FMCSA, DOT, and NSC regulations. Users can create personalized profiles for drivers and view odometer readings, event histories, and the ongoing activity status of vehicles on the centralized platform. Managers can also receive automatic email notifications related to speeding or hours of service (HOS) violations and generate performance reports.
Switchboard enables enterprises to monitor the entry/exit time of vehicles through geofencing capabilities as well as create mileage reports to calculate fuel taxes according to the International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA) regulations. Users can also send messages to drivers, improving communications across dispatch operations.
