What is ThermoGrid?

ThermoGrid is a cloud-based contractor management software solution designed for Field Service, HVAC-R, Plumbing, and Electrical companies that consolidates the full business cycle with features such as Scheduling & Dispatching, Inventory Management, Payroll, Invoicing, Marketing and more.

The system comes with smart dispatching, which automatically suggests Users to specific Jobs based on their role, skills, location, performance, and any scheduling conflicts to generate a positive client experience and generate the most revenue for your business. In addition, contractors can control bookings through a calendar interface that tracks leads all the way through the sales process and reports visual data with conversion rates and total bookings in a set time period.

ThermoGrid comes with GPS capabilities that can track employees' locations through the mobile app and monitors interactions with customers. The solution also provides a client database which stores information such as previous requests, contact information, uploaded job photos, and payment information. This database allows field service companies to manage their employees and gauge their performance based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

What do users say about ThermoGrid?

The Syncing to QB online is quite bad - I don't know if it's QB or Thermogrid but our apostrophe's don't get transferred right and QB creates numbers behind every customer and every customer is a parent and their address is a sub customer - it just seems like too much of the same data.

TG doesn't offer true progress billing for contractors/subcontractors. It also does have the ability to correctly categorize a customer deposit without a lot of manual work on the QBO side or a workaround. Need someone in your company that understands software mapping and the importance of setting it up correctly from the beginning.

This allows us to connect all our client invoicing directly to our accounting
