To enhance user-productivity, Less Paper enables users to sync work orders with field staff automatically, collect customer signatures electronically and email work order receipts as PDF files instantly.

Further to work order management, Less Paper facilitates maintenance management by allowing users to complete digital maintenance work orders, schedule recurring maintenance appointments and receive appointment alerts. To promote efficient maintenance management, Less Paper provides customers, tenants or employees with a self-service portal to request maintenance independently.

With a calendar-based scheduling system, Less Paper permits users to schedule appointments, tasks and notes conveniently. Less Paper’s scheduling features also allow users to manage employee activity with on-call tracking and up-to-date timesheets.     Pros
    Amazing experience from start to finish. Customer service has been fantastic, communication great.
    As a owner I love to discuss my decisions and collaborate together as a team and that's what I get with Less Paper. They are on my level when it comes to wanting the software to be a perfect.
    To say this is a perfect system is not hyperbole. Sensitive content hidden] and his team do a great job tailoring this system to you specific needs.
    Cons
    Web-based rather then app based means sometimes data is lost with a bad connection (Less Paper has added some functionality to minimize the occurrences).
    Once our crews were released by the investor owned utilities we turned them loose on the private work.
    The only negative I have ran into with this software is when the software is getting worked on, it causes issues for the users.
