Being able to easily check people in before they arrive so that reception are expecting them and as a host we receive a notification when they are here.
We don’t have many at the office so during peak times can be busy.

Sam from Vpod has been a pleasure to work with- prompt to support, understanding customer needs and approachable always.
Easy to use, customer centric (it is simple) and adaptable to every clients needs.
Not much to say here- just continue to develop and improve in particular the voice recognition features to support more languages.

Really good customer service. This Product has a great Return on Investment and has become well loved in our organisation l!
I liked the ability to pre register appointment and track the visitors on arrival. I also liked the user interface which was very easy to use!
I don’t feel there is any major improvements. I just recommend the company keep innovating there great products

Vgreet is much more than just the interface. The ability to integrate right through the process and workflow of both visitor management and employee journeys has a hugely beneficial impact right from day 1. In addition the personalisation makes it really stand out keeping messaging on-brand and reacting quickly to the changing workplace.
I've not seen any significant problems with Vgreet but look forward to submitting feature requests as technology and workplace needs change.

It's such a great tool to integrate in our service offering. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and his team at Vpod are great to deal with and really supportive throughout the process.
It's a great solution to support our reception teams to enable them to spend more time looking after visitors and guests. Intuitive and straight forward technology.
So far nothing has come up to flag as difficult for us.
