QuickSigner overview

What is QuickSigner?

QuickSigner is a cloud-based electronic signature platform built for small and medium businesses that need legally binding e-signatures without enterprise pricing or complexity. It's designed for teams that sign every week — legal and HR departments, agencies, real estate professionals, finance teams, and service providers — as well as freelancers who want their contracts, NDAs, and agreements to look professional and hold up legally.

Users upload a PDF or Word document, place signature, date, text, checkbox, or attachment fields, and send. Each signer receives a secure link by email and signs from any device — no account, app, or installation required. Senders track progress in real time and receive the completed document the moment everyone has signed.

Reusable contract templates are a core part of the workflow: turn any contract, NDA, or form you send regularly into a template with signature fields and recipient roles already in place. Instead of rebuilding the same document each time, you pick the contract template, add the signer's email, and send — what took ten minutes of setup takes seconds, and every agreement goes out consistent and error-free.

Every document is sealed with a certificate-based digital signature built on the PAdES standard and backed by the Adobe Approved Trust List (AATL), so signatures validate automatically in Adobe Reader and any change after signing is instantly detectable. A complete, time-stamped audit trail accompanies each document. Signatures are legally binding under the US ESIGN Act and UETA, UK law, and EU eIDAS, and the platform runs on ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified infrastructure with TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and AES-256 at rest, in line with GDPR requirements.

Many teams choose QuickSigner as a DocuSign alternative: it delivers the same AATL-certified, legally binding signatures, but with unlimited documents on every paid plan — no envelope caps, per-seat lock-in, or overage fees. Additional features include bulk sending, sequential signing order, reminders, document search and tagging, SMS delivery, and OTP mobile phone verification. Developers can embed signing into their own applications through a simple REST e-Sign API, priced at $0.30 per envelope with 50 free credits.

QuickSigner offers a free plan (3 documents/month) with the same legally binding signatures as paid tiers, and unlimited-document plans from $5/user/month ($48/year). All paid plans include a 14-day free trial, and users consistently highlight fast, responsive support in reviews.
