The online editor is working fine and ordering is easy. To install a new client with his template products in backend is fast en easy to make.
Difficult to use: the picture library is sensitive for upper or lowercase of the extension. Integration: XML connection to warehouses can be complex due to requirements of the warehouse.
It is easy to learn how to use the software and the program is user friendly. If you can't figure it out, you will be helped quickly by phone.
The webshop was implemented very quickly. In a short time we had an excellent working webshop.
The webshop saves us a lot of time and does exactly what it is intended for. For a small investment, we have a very good webshop that generates orders on a daily basis.
Great overall experience in the product and the team.

Very intuitive and helpful. Great product with excellent customer support.
The modules get affected whenever there is a system update and product doesnt show consistency which affects usage.
Very easy to use and product is designed as per customer requirement. We have been using since last 2+ years and support team is awesome and take care of each every small small request.
Checklist module should have auto ticket login if something wrong in checklist module.
I likes the software ease of use and similarity to Excel. It seemed easy enough to quickly grasp and was easy for my team to use it.
This product is extremally good and helping us to track and close all open issues related to admin and operations.
Customized helpdesk suitable for Infra business. Very responsive and qualified team for support.

The good thing about this software is that is reliable. Easy to use once you get the idea of it how it works.
It was far too complex to setup compared to MP2. Individual users were at a loss of what to do for WO's.
Function rich and intuitive. Provide good navigation around the system.
Dull interface and limited dashboard options and theme also needs some improvements.
The product is very reasonable to install and configure for use right out of the box. The program has a very nice look and menu structure.
It turned into a paper trail again with one person trying to keep up with the WO. Setting up BINs and knowing what BIN to goto was too confusing for the majority of users (myself including!).
In EAM, we can properly maintain assets and calculate financial depreciation for fixed asset management. Screen designer is helpful to identify the related tables.
This is not the software the maintenance team wanted. We were forced to use it by our IT department.
Automate EAM user access review and auto grant MRC/ORG access for Admin user group. We can do many process improvement and enhancement in and customized reports in EAM application.
If you end up at a company that uses this product, I am sorry for you.

Ability to integrate all of our inventory, purchasing, equipment and work history.
My recommendations would be to make sure to hire a consultant like Digital Thinker to come in and set the program up. They will be able to integrate EAM with the programs you are currently using.
