Thanks to Zhenhub all I need is my mobile device to have full control and visibility. Besides their team is simply outstanding.
Zhenhub is a fraudulent company who has been extorting me with outrageously inaccurate warehouse fees, sending late shipments of all my products, and shipping my products out incorrectly.
ZhenHub's warehousing, fulfillment, and shipping solutions succeeded — slick software.
Fraudulent accounting practices. Extorts customers for extra money once inventory is in the Zhenhub warehouse.
Their costs were also much lower than I was previously quoted. The ease of setting up and executing an order/shipment and it's tracking system were great and the tool is easy to navigate.
Zhenhub - Manipulative team, bad customer service, lost me thousands.
I thought that the shipping cost that I was being quoted previously with a standard carrier was high, so I googled for better options and saw that ZhenHub was highly recommended.

Since this requires a minimum amount of words, I'll say there isn't a con so far.
All the other cloud-based systems were really expensive especially if they integrated with Shopify. Overall, it's been a great experience so far.
Definitely their great customer service. The CEO himself walked me through everything and made sure I was all set.

They keep us informed on updates and we have a dedicated support team and account manager. It is always nice having an account manager to talk with and their support team/system is very effective.
The migration itself and the impact to our business was disastrous. Revenues, conversion rates and traffic plummeted, redirects were a mess, SEO appeared to be ignored we were bleeding badly.
We have been a fairly happy customer for over 5 years now. Pulse Commerce software has been very flexible and super reliable.
In desperation, I contacted Pulse Commerce who stepped in right away and helped get our old website up and running and began repairing the damage.
Our daily workflow is vastly improved over our old website (also from Pulse) and our conversion rate is outstanding. Admin panel is mostly intuitive and easy to use.
What we like most about this software is the management and support team that support the Pulse Commerce software.

I love the ease of the program. And, the fast response from the team at DiCentral.
I dislike the layout of the kitting orders search, the fact that it doesn't include or allow search by SKU's (both Kit SKU's and components) is a hindrance.
It is very easy to navigate and use this software. I also love how it does not allow you to submit items with missing fields , I guess u can say I like the dummy proof corrections.
No training or support, not the easiest to learn.
Many of the features on here are very helpful, like being able to look up orders based on the item# or lot# that shipped out.
Limitation in integrate to Handheld or Terminal Devices.
I really enjoy using this software, I hope I can continue to learn more as I keep using this software.
It would be disingenuous to complain about anything.
The thing I like the most are the tabs to follow which makes it easy to navigate and research if needed.
I like being able to export into csv format. The order management is very straightforward and easy to utilise.
Ease of use, most things on here are very self explanatory, making learning the program fairly easy.

Great software that helps run our business and drives automation into core businesses processes. It has many great features and is constantly evolving.
The sales pitch is 'you only buy it once and it is for life', no you have to have support and pay for it because things often go wrong.
Support and account management is very responsive and helpful. Overall, it's a great and affordable business management software for SMEs covering most business functions.
The biggest frustration is the lack of API and interfaces meaning that intergration to other systems.
Ease of use, Best support team i have experienced, always developing more useful features, affordable.
Turns out, they sold us training which is a classroom-style layout teaching which is NOT practical at all. This cost us a bizarre £4000 and £1000+ in expenses alone.
Improved efficiency through the whole of my business, very customer and user friendly regarding stock availability, back orders, status of individual accounts, reporting is amazing.
Some developments such as courier integrations have different mappings and limited features implemented which then make it difficult to use them together with other couriers.
We've had a very positive experience with OrderWise and have confidence that the platform can cope with growth ahead. There is a lot of development into new functionality and updates are monthly.
The reports are pretty rubbish and you have to pay for any specific report, again £350+vat per report. If you get it and the setup is wrong, they will charge you again.
They provide extraordinarily capable systems and excellent customer service. The company's very well organised and the staff courteous, well trained and professional.
Staff in 'Customer Relations' and 'Client Management' have a total disregard for your business, they couldn't care less. Rude, abrupt and I think don't have a lot of time to deal with you properly.
There are also great reporting features and dashboards built in. Exporting and importing data is easy too.
Currently, we're stuck in a massive warehouse trying to shift out 500+ orders without any system. You do not want to be that company.
The options for customisation within the software are great, it took us a while, but we have gradually managed to tailor the software to suit our needs.

It offers a lot of flexibility to tie in with your business and allows many customisations. And if a a feature or functionality is missing, you can usually get it developed for a reasonable cost.

Positive experience, in project oriented business its very useful tool and I can not imagine to work without anything like this.
This product seems to have evolved to meet too many needs and therefore has too many features, making it confusing even for users who have prior experience.
The ability to help organize projects in an efficient manner and scope it out. Integrations with Github allow you to track all issues in a single place.
We use JIRA for Project Management work and documentation. Sometimes we find the use of icons confusing.
It is a great tool for collaboration and workflow tracking. Metrics for an agile shop are beneficial and ease to setup.
Slow with tagging people at big companies. Lack of labels on iconogrophy.
Best part i feel wow in calendar view and Timeline view.
At the same time this can sometimes cause confusion on ticket assignment.
Report analysis is the great feature which help user to analyze their project. Task management , bug tracking , bug reporting, time tracking quite easy.
RECOMMENDED, It really helped to do my job faster and better.
I enjoy using jira and all of its integration capabilities.
Jira software and it's interaction with other tools like Confluence, Crucible/FE, Jama, etc is excelent to build Requirements v/s Development, Test Traceability.
Story and Task creation and updating the task is simple and user friendly.
We use Jira to handle our bugs and it works pretty well, easy to use and no bugs detected so far. It's ok for our small 25 people team.
