Definitely recommend the same, and its very easy and got a lot of features that other ERP systems do not have. Simple, clean, and easy to monitor.
Invoicing is also sometimes difficult. Still not out on IOS as an app.
ANT ERP has helped us become a more profitable operation. On-time processes have improved by 33%, while staff efficiency & accountability has improved considerably.
Certain things which are necessary such as Sr no can be annoying because not all products have them. Delivery process is little complicated.
It’s an Excellent ERP for Mid Sized IT Companies. The support team is super prompt and efficient.
Make no mistake, deploy a new ERP in your company it's a big move. At first, it takes some extra time to get used to it.
The assets inventory management is too awesome.
Certain processes are longer which can be avoided as required by the user organisations.
Team members were happy as there was no repetition of work and also ANT MY ERP have increased the productivity and revenue.

I have been happy with our experience with Simphony. They provide a great product.
This company has got to be the WORST company to deal with, I can't imagine a worse roll out.
Simphony gives us great flexibility and supports our solution in a good way.
It was a really bad choice. Oracle Simphony has basiclly no support, you call support, they issue a ticket or tell you that someone will be calling you back and you never hear back from anyone.
We are integrating self-service ordering with Simphony, and it is a good solution that works for a huge amount of monthly transactions.
Micros NYC/Oracle is by far the worst software installers/developers that I have ever worked with. Make a wise choice, don’t choose Oracle Simphony.
POS, purchasing and reporting. The software has great capabilities and covers all areas a hospitality business requires.
SAVE YOURSELF THE PAIN AND STAY AWAY. I greatly regret not having chosen a different company and system.
Its very positive program and very easy to use also easy to maintain the inventory system.
Everything not completed on original set up will cost thousands of dollars to correct by an oracle programmer.
Very helpful software , reduce the time of any paperwork , easy integrate with opera system, you can get customized reposts.
Moved into teh cloud from Res to Simphony - was a great move for us - less spend on hardware, updates through icences /subscription to services.
We integrate a lot through simphony with accounts, loyalty, takeaway/delievry platform, Gift certificates. Has great inventory mgt capabilities with theoreticals.
Simphony is a whole suite of software including Gift & Loyalty, Reporting & Analytics and also provide extensibility by developing additional modules that can extend functionality in Simphony.

The overall process flow and the ease of use is really helpful for a new consumer. The clarity in pricing is also appreciated unlike it's competitors.
In damage cases they are very poor in supporting to sellers.
The best thing about Shiprocket is the integrations which it supports right from WooCommerece, Magento, Shopify etc to its free APIs where custom solutions can also be integrated.
But as per my colleagues they face issues in weight discrepancies, claim on lost shipments etc which Shiprocket needs to upgrade to provide smooth experience to all.
Shiprocket is a totally reliable service for deliveries and couriers. It has an easy interface and super fast service.
Also, if there is an issue with a pickup, they can only escalate it in the system which (possibly) no courier company looks at.

They have telephonic support system but for every issue they raise tickets and it becomes a lengthy process for which sellers or users face lots of issues. Claim process in lost shipments take time.

I feel as though they are vested in our success. There support is awesome and they are always looking to improve.
The repricer that it claims to have is garbage as well, it is not a algorithmic repricer and will loose you money.
I am very impressed not only with the ease of use but the ease of getting up and running.
This software is crap when it comes to purchase orders, shipping, and just about everything else you would use it for.
The software has all of the functionality that I need to manage my multi-channel marketplaces. The Zentail support team is super responsive and a pleasure to work with.
We had a problem with Jet that didn't let us publish our own 1 year warranty as a bullet point. Zentail cannot override bullet point features.
The success dashboard is a great tool to help manage products on all the websites. The Analytics tool is great to see what products are hot and what are not, what is making money and what is not.
I know there's a lot more Zentail can do that I haven't even touched yet (I'll leave these to their respective departments).
I love that the interface is so user friendly and easy to follow.
I like how I can control what warehouse will fulfill what products as I have multiple warehouses.
Managing selling prices by using the dynamic re-pricer is great. Zentail worked closely with me to customize an order export file that works perfect within my business model.
Easy to use interface, easy to see back end records (who changed what, and when) and diagnosing issues of products/listings. The API is nice to pull and do some custom programmed automated analysis.
Every now and then we'll run into a bug or have a question about a feature, and Zentail's support team has always been very responsive and helpful.
I love how easy it is to load a product (with the right data), flip switches and it's listed on all the channels you have hooked up.

Coupled with the fairly easy to use system and setup, I believe Helcim is one of the best, definitley the best for the price point, which I was just informed has been removed.
I do not work with the system on a regular basis, so my own experience has been the lack of any problems or negative feedback from the people that do use it.
Thank have recommended Helcim to other business owners because their service is exceptional- from the software, to support team to pricing- they cannot be beat.
Even walking our client through each step, they'd still often make a mistake and have to start over because they'd hit the wrong button.
I am pleased with the ease of use and helpful staff.
I've use a couple different ones, and they're rather clunky and tricky for our clients to use.
Customer services was excellent. SENSITIVE CONTENT] was very helpful and definitely helped me solve the problem.
Can't really think of anything that I don't like.
The software is an integral part of my business and is reliable, well thought out and has an easy to understand interface for myself and for my customer when they are paying.
I was able to use Helcim easily. When I needed help, customer support was very helpful and professional.
In my opinion the absolute best part of Helcim is their customer service. Whenever I hit a bump in the road, I just called customer service and an agent was able to walk me through it.
The agent was helpful and professional making sure I had the I needed and offering to talk me through how to make the changes myself if I needed to in the future.
