They have had great customer service overall and are very quick to implement any updates that users suggest (which is excellent!). I have enjoyed partnering with this company.
They have been using Farmers for many years prior to me joining. I was initially afraid to do anything on the server for fear that it would stop working.
Amazing customization with flexibility for every type of organization.
I thought FW should be more open to making corrections and additions, even without the current customers having to pay for it. It should be a part of producing and maintaining software.
Farmerswife is amazing for project management throughout the entire process of the project.
The interface is clunky and hard to get your head around. I would argue this software has a very steep learning curve.

The thing that I most like about Upland PSA is that it is a Great tool to easy manager your projects financials.
The reports are not user readable out of the box and have to be exported to Excel for further data manipulation which is a pain and should not be necessary.
The benefits of having knowledgeable personnel is a valuable asset to any organization.
Unfortunately the interface is absolutely terrible. It feels like the interface was top-of-the-line maybe back in 2004.
There are so many more modern companies that can accomplish the things that your company needs to get done and give you better customer service.
In terns of adding additional applications project management setup, it seems to be limited in terms of accessing.
The important thing is Tenrox does the job quickly and with little hassle after things are set up and added to your timesheet, letting you get back to the important tasks of the day.
For employee time keeping, the use of the application is easy but still has limitations in terms of approving hours or seeing individual payroll information such as vacation, sick balances.
Ease of use, ability to integrate to all our back office systems and the support from the services team.
We absolutely love the project module including the project plan, budget, forecast, and resource management. This PSA had many of the tools we were looking for when we selected it.
I enjoy the combination of managing projects, being able to complete timesheets and also have PTO requests tracked in the system. It does make it easy to have it all in one place.
There are many features and functionality that allows me to work with clients to help track resources, costs, and expenses. The tool is easy to use compared to most others in the market.
The team at Tenrox is great to work with and the recent improvements to the user interface make it a breeze to use.

Overall experience is great because Stafiz customer service is quite outstanding. They always listen to our needs and develop whatever additional report or feature we ask them for.
Not enough drag and drop options in the timesheet.
We are very satisfied because it was really easy to implement (it took us 2 hours) and it is very intuitive. The price is also very fair, not sure if it has increased since.
I have to confirm that my invoices have been paid by my clients because there is no integration with my banking software.
Quickly learned most functionalities. Good number of features ; nice that I can do the billing and the time tracking in the same tool.
There is no full accounting module, but it does the billing.
Nice and easy to use stafiz is a good software to follow the activity of consulting.
I like the design of the solution, very adapted to our consulting activity and easy to use on a daily basis. The set up phase was also quite simple and the price seems very fair.
I like that it took 2 hours to implement and get us onboarded. I like that the product team agreed to develop specific reporting for us.

Real time processing is most important to our firm, our PM love this feature. The support is also fantastic.
Hard to use, ugly, and poor customer service. Only runs on microsoft edge, will not remember your password, will ask you for permission to download and run something every single time.
The support people are great and the software actually has potential to be very good.
As soon as you are up and running you will be 10 years behind technologically and if you ever transition it will be incredibly painful and tedious.
Once in the timekeeping window, the search feature works great whether you are searching by project titles or numbers, so we rarely have to intervene to help people with their timesheets.
Expenses for mileage get messed up and don't populate correctly when splitting different mileage rates. And the new rate for the current year will not program correctly.
The help link and the Ajera customer support center are fantastic tools, especially as a new user of the software.
This is the most difficult system that we have ever worked with in the 40 years that I have been in business. We are switching to Quick Books.
It does a great job of tracking your project costs. Timekeeping is a breeze and the bookkeeping/accounting functions are easy to learn.
Our pay periods are not based off of weeks; they are based off of days in the month. WIP accrual is automatic; I would rather have this an option function.
I do like the conditional formatting--we use that a lot to highlight projects with overdue notes, or color code fees so we can see patterns at a quick glance.

Silverbucket is in a tough situatiation at the moment. The mother company restricts the data.
A huge shout-out to SB's Support - they are really friendly and typically can solve issues very efficiently. I really like working with them.
Utilization rate report is missing the individual person selection, Utilization rate report does not calculate Total in case the person did not work for the full selected period (for example a year).
Customers service is super fast and overall easy to use is most important for us.
No possibility to take additional functions away from user interface (the user interface has several extra tabs and functions).
Ease of use - the tool has low threshold for the whole team to keep their data updated, which is the most important thing, and updating of the data takes only few minutes.

By using a third party product for this feature set we have saved time and money. The support team has been great in helping us implement the product and answer our questions.
This would have eliminated the tool as a viable solution - so we have wasted several months and lots of developer time getting their tool integrated.
The integration of Bryntum Gantt with my software generated a very good final solution to our customers. The final result looks very professional and well integrated.
Quite heavy standard 'Store/Model' core for managing state of the schedule tasks, which could be difficult to integrate or customize if needed.
Bryntum is an incredibly powerful tool when it comes to scheduling tasks. It is highly customizable and allows users to create complex schedules with ease.
What I least liked about this software was that if I wanted to switch dates or times of the events, it would mess up other parts of my chart.
There are lots of options possible that you can also configure in different ways. The default look and feel is already really nice.
Bryntum is a great tool for scheduling tasks and managing projects.
It was quite easy to integrate Bryntum scheduler in out web app and provide rich UX for custom schedules of the buildings' climate control systems.
Feature rich product with little effort to turn things on and off once you know how to. Easier for the user to use than MS Project.
