Quality Manager

I suspect we will have no choice but to abandon Airtable, since we use it for critical business operations and cannot risk having it break without any customer support to troubleshoot, but also we have been unable to get in touch with any salesperson to upgrade to the higher-level accounts that come with email support.

It hits a great balance between spreadsheet simplicity and database power, with a UI that makes complex data feel approachable and lets me build useful tools for my team without heavy development work.

Operations Manager

Our team uses Airtable to manage dues, track event registrations, and serve as the first stop for member management information.

Software Developer

I like the variety of visualization tools and project views available in Airtable, which make data analytics much simpler than in a spreadsheet and remove Notion's storage limits.

Staff Engineer

I appreciate Airtable because it helps me centralize several types of data (projects, contacts, tracking) in a single tool.

Digital Designer

Different teams required different components of the same dataset to be visible while accessing, and Airtable made it easy to create filtered views for each.

Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer

This has prevented our team from losing links in everyone’s messy inbox. Although, there may be better ways to design the interface and feel at times like it is a little cumbersome, this program does bring some semblance of order to our chaotic processes.

Real Estate Agent

Spreadsheet-like workspace keeps listings, contacts, deals, and follow-ups organized with detailed calendar and kanban views; real-time collaboration allows agents and assistants to see tasks, deals, and updates across unrelated properties and partner teams.

The main disappointment for me is that Airtable focuses on exporting and importing data, but not really on exporting or importing the structure of a base.

Marketing Consultant

We use Airtable for a huge variety of functions, like data management, project management, content management, CRM, and more.

Systems Strategist

The automation capabilities inside site and and how it reduces the need for Zaiper and it cuts down costs for me

Computer Aided Design Engineer

Airtable automates over 85% of manual business processes ranging from project management, task management and content marketing - this is the best thing that I like most so far.

With their multiple views, integrated data, and smart capabilities (not to mention the AI features!), it's a solid tool worth playing with.

Analyst

Additionally, when users seek clarification on specific issues, support responses often consist of follow-up questions or references to help articles that do not always address the original concern.

Lead Developer

The ability to create custom views and link assets across multiple tables is something our team uses constantly for project management.

product and yacht design

I was expecting a better way to organize comparisons across technologies and projects, but it felt limited, so I eventually moved on to a custom solution.

Research and development chemist and technical engineer

I think the learning curve for people coming from different applications can be quite steep, especially for people that have little or no knowledge to do with database systems such as sql and so forth.
