The Edge On Site platform comes with a mobile-based production management application that enables foremen to track work status and cost overruns in real-time, as well as map estimates, drawings, and change orders. On-site staff members can select individual takeoff components as they are completed, which allows managers to estimate extra budget costs, analyze performance and review progress reports in real time. Plus, the centralized dashboard displays floor plans, completed sections of the project, and estimated time for completion.
Edge On Site enables project managers to monitor production metrics including cost codes, unit rates, and more. Stakeholders and administrators receive automatic notifications via email or text to track progress across projects and identify operational problems. The solution is suitable for roofing, framing, insulation, drywall, and finish subcontractors, as well as general contractors.
