Widgets render rich data visualizations giving teams and managers visibility on project schedule progress, plus resource utilization and availability etc.
Resource management features include a drag and drop scheduling interface that indicates levels of availability status via dynamic heat maps. Unlimited teams of people, groups and departments can be defined with Hub Planner’s sidebar, with finding specific resources aided by skills and location matching logic. Time tracking is then performed using timesheets, which extends resource scheduling with the monitoring of actual time versus projected, forecasted time for costing purposes. Project budget planning with support for phase-based structuring and milestone creation is joined by real time budget tracking, portfolio overviews, notes and links. In addition, Hub Planner provides a dynamic report builder tool with customizable smart templates, Excel export and dashboard analytics.
