The assignment function, my colleagues assign tasks to me but i usually forgot to tick complete and clear the email, which leave the task incomplete in my colleagues view and i cannot search for every email to tick.

It takes more time for emails to reflect when using Karbon than when using other platforms such as outlook.

Contacts integration with Xero XPM is still not seamless.

It’s reliable, secure, and a great fit for managing bookkeeping and bookkeeping teams remotely.

Karbon is web-based only, which some users find inconvenient, especially when switching between platforms.

Billing module is very tedious and still needs some work to streamline billing.

Karbon is user friendly and task management is easy to follow and understand allowing one to comment for all team members to see if there is.

Extremely poorly trained staff and needed to create a ticket for such changing an email address.

Karbon also has excellent integrations which I am only beginning to explore.

The price especially when I have 3 part time employees using Karbon for 2 days a week each.

Karbon is easy to use although very comprehensive in its accounting practice management solutions.

The requirement that you must have a Gmail or Microsoft account.

Must have a dedicated Gmail or Microsoft account (not alias and not been told upfront)

Great, better than just working on Outlook email, easy to keep track and leave comment so all the conversation can be viewed thoroughly, instead of many forwarded email.

It is a great place to keep track of your projects, see what other coworkers are working on, who work is assigned to.

Investing time in initial training is essential to maximise your use of the software.

Then after signing up and paying upfront before using the cons started coming out of the woodworks.

We love that task can repeat accurately and there isn't any chance of something being missed.

It also keeps documents and information safe.

This is something Karbon needs to work on because sometimes all you need is a quick email.
