What is MEP24web?

MEP24web is a web-based software solution for pharmacies, clinics, practices, and other sectors like agencies, call centers, public utilities, museums, restaurants, and retail. Its main functions include employee scheduling, employee communication, and time tracking.

Among other things, the needs-based personnel planning adapts to customer frequency data, such as sales. Employment contracts, blocked periods, appointments, and qualifications are also considered. Where there are short-term changes, planning can be adapted manually, while work plans are updated automatically. The import of merchandise management data also makes requirements planning more precise. In addition to personnel planning, MEP24web offers a legally compliant, employee-oriented time-recording tool. It enables employees to record work times via a PC or mobile. If required, an additional module for electronic time recording is available. Traffic light accounts make negative totals and overtime hours visible.

Employees can process working hours or absences, send internal messages, and request vacation leaves using the app and online portal. At the same time, they gain access to tasks, work schedules, evaluations, reports, documents, and vacation time accounts. MEP24web supports a range of software integrations, including ApoTune, easyVet, medikit, Personio, and Vetera.
