Planify Design’s Materials and Labour module functions as the master project schedule by documenting furniture, fixtures and equipment specifications alongside service costs and vendor lead times. Automated status tracking employs visual tags to indicate approval, order and receipt states. A Budget Tracker maintains real time financial visibility by updating costs and profitability as items progress through approval and procurement stages. The Proposal Builder extracts project data to generate professional, branded documents as printable PDFs or shareable digital links with configurable detail visibility.
Additional functionality includes centralized document storage for floor plans, permits and site photographs, a Time Tracker for logging billable hours against project tasks and a Vendors directory for managing supplier contacts, agreements and margin structures.
