We've been using Sprintly for close to 3 years now. Functionality wise, it sits in between a Trello and a Jira. It provides a great workflow for tracking development of projects and has great Github integration and provides a natural way to communicate on features/tasks/bugs and user stories. Over the years it has been steadily improving and the latest UI changes are a nice step forward. It isn't without it's tradeoffs, but overall it has been the best tool for our team. The Sprintly team has been always willing to assist when needed and has added new features at our request. And lastly, the price is great. So, great value, great tool, great team. Can't wait to see where it goes in the next year :-)

We've used Sprintly for the past several years and have been happy overall with its functionality. With some uncertainty around its longevity, we hope that the exporting function can be improved so that data isn't lost at some point in the future.
We use this tool to track software development; all issues are recorded, and then are able to be addressed by adjusting their status on the board, and deploying to a new version when appropriate. This flow is very intuitive to follow and allows for non-developers to stay in the loop and understand what's happening with their product. Multiple projects can be worked on, with each having its own board. The layout of the board is simple and doesn't require initial set-up. Different views are available, so each team member can kind of find what works best for them to follow developments. I like that it's still going! There was a bit of a scare with the ownership of the product, which had us scrambling to find a replacement, but luckily it was acquired by someone else and is still active.
No mobile app - this would be super helpful to be able to reference and respond to things on the fly. Cannot export all tickets with all contents - as in, there is no ability to see all of the responses, attachments, etc that have been added since the original creation of the ticket. There are some size limitations for attachments, which is understandable, but it's not always clear what those limits are. Stories with multiple tasks in them are a bit problematic, and we ended up breaking out all sub-tasks because of this, which makes things a bit harder to track in terms of which issues are related to each other.
