What is Taskeo?

Taskeo is a cloud-based business management platform that offers tools for customer relationship management (CRM), project management, time tracking and billing, and appointment scheduling. The all-in-one app allows businesses to automate and manage tasks from one integrated platform. The four modules within Task can be used as standalone apps or integrated to create an all-in-one business management solution. Features of Taskeo include personal activity dashboards, meeting planners, search functionality, project scheduling, automated appointment scheduling, Kanban boards for task tracking, and more.

With Taskeo, teams can collaborate on projects and gain insight into what other team members are working on, as well as real-time information on the progress of projects and tasks. The team view using a Kanban-style board to display tasks and their statuses and users are able to customize swimlanes depending on their needs. Taskeo also offers communication tools so that employees can collaborate with one another and an activity feed to track what other team members are working on. Taskeo integrates with several third party applications including Dropbox, Slack, Google Calendar, and more, to streamline workflows.
