The user experience is certainly positive, after the first few days I had already gained the impression of having found a truly useful application for managing your workflow. If something gets stuck in the workflow, it is due to a lack of a "human" side - and I speak from experience - because if used in all its potential, taskomat keeps track of practically everything. It takes a while to get into the order of use ideas, especially for those who are not used to managing their work systematically through project management apps. Definitely worth highlighting the support of the developers: completely in Italian and very fast in giving feedback to any difficulties or doubts that emerge during use, always very helpful and friendly! At the top!
One of the most interesting aspects of Taskomat is that it integrates perfectly with the working methods of freelancers, a category that in the use of other software is almost always having to adapt its way of working to assets designed for different structures. Easy and intuitive, from the first minutes, for those who are familiar with workflows and project management software, they move easily and if not, the developers are always available for a one-to-one tutorial. In addition, the software is constantly evolving and the development lines take into account the feedback sent by users, making the growth of the platform more in line with the real needs of those who use it.
As already mentioned, the platform is constantly evolving and, therefore, at the moment some features have not yet been fully integrated. Having to find a "flaw" in the user experience, the aspects I miss most are the possibility to view and organize the projects with the diagrams through a ganttt (even if, however, based on the tasks entered, the platform takes into account the overall workload of the single day) and the integration of the estimate / billing system with third party systems.
