Temporic is a web-based timesheet and invoicing system for professional services firms of 5-50 people. It covers the loop from logged hours to approved weeks to paid invoices and payroll exports, in one plan.

Time entry: a weekly grid with drag-fill, a calendar with drag-and-drop blocks, and a running timer, all writing to the same weekly timesheet. Entries carry project, client, billable flag and notes, and billable defaults come from the project.

Approvals: employees submit a week; managers approve it or return it with a required note; approved weeks lock. Every submission, return, approval and reopen is written to an audit log. Automatic emails chase unsubmitted weeks, and reviewers receive one digest of what is waiting.

Time off: policies per leave type with an annual allowance that is available up front, accrues monthly, or is earned per hours worked on approved weeks. Balances are computed live, requests over the balance warn the manager, and approved absences land on the timesheet.

Invoicing and payments: build invoices from approved billable hours grouped by project, person or entry, with your logo, both parties' addresses and tax IDs, PO reference, terms, tax and service period. Numbers are assigned at issue. Send invoices by email with a secure client link, automatic reminders before and after the due date, and an email history. Clients pay by card through Stripe Connect into your own Stripe account, with no Temporic fee; ACH, wire, check and cash payments are recorded manually. Card payments are confirmed three ways (webhook, return page and an hourly check), so none are missed.

Accountant access: invite up to three accountants or bookkeepers free. They see timesheet status, and optionally invoicing and payroll, across every business they serve from one sign-in, and cannot approve or edit time.

Reports and exports: payroll summaries, month-end readiness and project budget burn, exported to Excel, CSV or PDF.

Security: role-based access for employees, managers, admins and accountants; audit trail on timesheet and invoice changes; sign-in with Google or email; HTTPS throughout.

Integrations: Stripe for card payments, Google sign-in, and file exports. There is no QuickBooks, Xero or Gusto sync and no native mobile app; the web app works on phones.
