Pros

The product has a good look and is easy to use. Regarding the integration of the processes, it is very good and agile with the other members.
It's great - I appreciate the seamless integration with its mobile device application. I like being able to tag people so they can put attention on some project.
Trello is a very powerful and visually appealing tool for time management. It is great for collaboration and has many advanced features.

Pros

It's simpler than Trello and has some features that make it very good to organize all your tasks. It's integrated with pomodoro timer which is great.
This is the best tool if you are just starting out as a project manager. This is so easy to use with beautiful UI and UX.
I like the simplicity of kanbanflow which helps me to create a board that helps organise my projects and save so unnecessary work.

Cons

I HATE that i can not see the archived tasks on the calender as an option. Not being able to archive a task after you complete it and still see it on the calender is a bummer.
Fear of insecurity is a shortcoming of the apps. Some bad people can use this app for their ill purpose.
The accidental "drag/move/delete" is scary for us because you can accidentally move a card when you're just trying to scroll over on the screen and that can be problematic.

Cons

Outdated UI makes administrating the tasks a bit of a pain.
The functionality of the software on the free version is very limited, obviously. The paid version has more functionality but there is no customization possible (that I'm aware of).
There's no role in the boards that allowd users to only see it without editing rights.

Pros

I think I love everything about Trello! I used Kanbanflow before and love this so much better.

Cons

The one thing I wish it did was have checklists I could check that are visible from the main board. Right now you have to open up the card to see what is in the checklist..

Cons

Tracking time per action in the same way as kanbanflow There are not that many negatives. I just like it.

Trello

Trello features left me disappointed

We use Trello for a large nonprofit team, in which active users spend about an hour a week working on projects. The free version is useful for this in spite of several functional limitations. However the very expensive minimum upgrade means we can't take this seriously as a long term solution. The inability to export data is the biggest reason that I want to get off of this as quickly as possible. I have also used LeanKit and KanbanFlow, both of which are better products though for different scenarios.

Pros

Trello is good-looking and the free version allows unlimited users, which is useful for our non-profit work.

Cons

Very high cost for starter level combined with missing features in free version rule this out as a serious contender for less than fully committed commercial use. Missing features include: export, swimlanes, board hierarchies, filterable user-defined fields and others. Team members are represented by tiny avatars rather than names. Poor granularity of control.

Great for task management!

It has been a great and simple to use task management software. Has helped productivity in my business.

Pros

I love its clean user interface and it is so easy to use. I also really like the timer function. This software provides a better experience for task management than competitors like Trello.

Cons

I really have no complaints about this software. It is easy to use and I prefer it over other task management software.
