This takes my to-do list to the next level, helping me keep track of tasks and what bigger projects or programs they're a part of.
Unfortunately as far as I can tell it doesn't integrate with Microsoft Teams or Sharepoint or other products my team is using, unlike Microsoft Planner.

So far the overall experience have been good and i am using it as good alternative to sharepoint.
This is better than sharepoint, because we can update it online while working on it and don't have to check in check out every time.
This one doesn't works in chrome, when trying to open sheet in chrome it downloads it instead of opening it.

I have used this product for internal collaboration and could realize great team work effort with better focus on the tasks.
Trello is the next generation collaboration tool, that provides great visual interface for task management, project planning and collaboration with various teams. The best thing about this is a web based tool, so we need not install any new software, and it works just fine with a web browser. The cool features include collaboration with other established softwares such as gdrive, JIRA those are traditionally used in the org. Another thing is the Trello cards feature help keep stuff organized easily for reporting as well.
If it had a better document integration with other tools such as box or Sharepoint would have been great.

Missing integration with Microsoft Outlook.

It's a plain vanilla easy to use task manager/collaboration tool. My organization uses Teams and Sharepoint so this is more of a personal tool for me.
Ease of use, portability, Collaboration...
Can be too transparent if you don't pay attention.

I got my small business setup with Trello in minutes. We added staff accounts and projects were started easily. Tasks assigned and work was getting done. What more do you need?
This is very simple to use project management tool. So easy to build a board for efficient and effective Agile, SCRUM or Kanban style projects
It connects with Gmail more easily than Microsoft Office. I was unable to use Microsoft Teams for my conferences, just Google Hangouts.

Mostly fine. Fairly unnecessary with similar options in Microsoft Planner etc.
It has some nice visual layouts for creating and managing workflows. The boards feature is particularly nice.
It just feels like one more generic place to manage workflow among a bevy of other more integrated options.

Overall I would say it is a great tool to show the team on the list of pending items for the year. You can also categorize the items and targets by various quarters of the year.
The best part of using Trello is to be able to see all the backlog features we need to accommodate for the year.
Being a Microsoft shop, we have to create another copy of the backlog there as well as Microsoft TFS enables us to enter backlogged items and track them in more detail

I have used Microsoft Teams task management features before but they had many flaws that are taking care of by using Trello instead.

It's not my favorite tool, though some people swear by it. I prefer Microsoft OneNote.
Easy to use. Drag and drop is convenient Handles multiple collaborators easily
You can't organize the boards vertically- only horizontally. Which means you end up scrolling to the side forever if you have lots of boards. App tends to crash on my computer a lot and is slow

Overall, I've had a positive experience with Trello. At a quick glance, it's easy to see what needs to be done for the day, and to keep up on timelines. Productivity has increased a lot.
Category boards can be created, and objects can be moved simply between them. It's easy to assign people to tasks and send notifications on deadlines. It's easy to onboard new people and is intuitive enough for most people to pick up on quickly.
Integration with other calendar services would be handy, like Microsoft Outlook or Google Calendar.

I like the look of Trello a lot. It is bright, customizable, and fun. It also is built perfectly to facilitate collaboration on projects, making it easy to communicate between many people managing separate tasks.
Honestly, the main con is that Microsoft Planner manages to do basically the same thing, and integrates better with other Microsoft products, so I tend to use that instead. But I have no complaints about Trello itself!

Still use it with some clients, but prefer Microsoft Planner because it integrates perfectly with our Office suite.
Very simple to use interface Love the drag and drop features Perfect, so long as you stick to just the core of what Trello offers.
Lack of integration with Office 365 and searching within conversations / boards isn't great.

It's been great but the team has moved onto OneNote as it ties in with Microsoft products easier
It's task assignment and and management features. Allows the team to be on the same page
Sometimes it is hard to build out new teams and set up each team. This takes a while and makes the user not want to perform the function

Everything! I was using Microsoft planner, but Trello offers way more features and support for effective project management of a team. it even Implements with Microsoft Teams which has been a game changer for the team that I manage.

Really smooth! Our team hit the ground running and I believe it is because Trello, although complex, is so easy to get started with. Unfortunately, I can no longer use this product as we have changed ecosystem to Office 365/Sharepoint only.
I like the custom labels and the keyboard shortcuts the best, they really speed up the workflow.
I wish you could select cards to archive rather than having to archive a single card or a whole list.

It's my favorite tool for project management. The small learning curve has made it easy to teach coworkers how to use it for collaboration.
Trello is easy to set up and customize. All free applications let me do the majority of what I need to get my work done throughout the day. Different views are really helpful for viewing project timelines. The email notifications are a nice feature for collaborative work with multiple users on a project.
The calendar doesn't integrate with Microsoft outlook calendar, at least in the free version of the product.
