Trello is the main project management system used by our team. It lets us communicate with one another and organize projects so it's clear what's being worked on and what's ahead - while keeping a detailed history for future reference. We've been using it for years.
I love the simplicity of Trello. Sometimes chaotic process can be showcased in a clean format that those involved or not involved can understand. Love the ability to add attachments, comments, and house everything related to a project in the same place.
Trello does integrate with Slack, but we wish the integration included the Slack notifications when you're mentioned in a Trello comment, and the ability to reply in Slack and have it posted as a comment on the card.

This is great to have everything and all todo lists and projects at one place. You can have a public or private board which makes it easy to bring your personal TODO list to the platform.
Navigation is easy, drag and drop makes it easy to prioritize a specific task and make it more natural. Mentioning members of the team to notify them is very helpful.
Doesn't have direct call to team memblers like Slack. This is a functionality that Slack has. Users can connect their Slack channel to Trello but that that would be beneficials if users could call each others via the platform.

Great so far. Perfect tool aside from Slack that sales can use to share ideas with dev team.
Sharing each new product feature idea as a 'card' on organized 'boards'.
Wish it had an integration with Hubspot and/or Slack.

Its great overall. Lets you keep track of things across various planning and execution domains.
It lets you to move notes across different pipelines at ease and also lets you to choose whether the task is pending/ requiring dependencies and stuff like that.
The bot access through slack can be problematic at times. We ran across issues when we had to do changes in the desktop but were not reflected in slack.

Trello makes it easy for teams to work together and manage a project.
Its integration with other apps. Trello's integration with slack makes my job so much easier. Now I can add tasks straight from my slack channel
The software can improve upon its file storage systems. While all my tasks are consolidated, I still have to search for the file I need to work on.

I find that it really is easy to organize my schedule in this app. The Trello 101 guide really helped me understand all of the features. The app definitely helped me to stay more productive throughout my day.
I didn't like how not all of it was free-- I actually ended up switching to Slack because I felt like the paid-features for Slack were more worth it.

Very good experience, I have been using it for almost 5 years now, and I even use it to manage my personal tasks.
This software is a very good project management tool where you create task, assign them and put a due date. Is a very useful tool when to manage Agile projects which are done by sprints. Also when you work with people that are remote is even better.
I would add a better chat functionality, more similar to slack.

I would rate it to be a great tool but not perfect. Since there are multiple other options available like JIRA and other Atlassian products. I would want to have more from Trello.
I liked the Kanban methodology implementation through cards.
The integration can be better with tools like slack and teams.

Overall, it is an organized tool to use, but it has its place. As much as I want to use it for more items, it can only provide help in a limited way for me.
Trello allows for our team to create tasks, comment on tasks, and then move them around (as in you can have a starting pile and move over to a finished pile). It makes it clear once someone has completed a task. This is especially good to use when you have a smaller team with tasks to complete to help manage with ease.
That it doesn't integrate well with Slack. My company uses Slack as a primary software, so if you want to integrate the two, you can see when tasks are completed. When you create a task in Slack to go to Trello, you cannot edit on Slack once you submit. It makes it a hassle to have to go into Trello and then edit the card and make clear notes for the team to understand.

With Trello you will be more organized in your projects
Trello is perfect if you like the agiles methodologies because this is like a Kanvan Dashboard, where you place your tasks and follow the status of each one. What i like most of this software is the UX, it has an mobile App that lets you organize the backlog of your projects just by dragging from board to board and leting you to have a more visual satatus of your project.
What I don't like is that in some time I connected Trello with Slack and it started sending notifications to Slack for everything, probably this is configurable but I didn't find how.

Trello is my life! I don't know how I would be able to manage and stay on task for the multiple projects and programs my team is running. I am able to easily keep track of projects, deadlines and steps needing action along the way.
I don't have much to say that I dislike. I think it would be cool to have an integration with Slack so we could assign tasks right out of a Slack chat and have them automatically post to a specific Trello board. Thinking that you would have specific Slack channels/groups representing specific lists on a Trello board.

I really like Slack. But in my country, Mongolia, when we first set up Slack, it was sometimes laggy on mobile. For example, some chats are not quickly synchronized on mobile and web versions. Maybe it is a network issue.
It supports integrations with other apps such as Trello
In the free version, only the last 10k messages are seen. So if you need more history, it is recommended to go up with a paid version.

Simply go for it, better than Asana and Trello.
Separate threads for each project You can start a separate thread from within thread referring to a particular comment by a particular person. Both online and offline versions help easy accessibility. Mobile app with push notifications keeps you updated in real time. Very easy to use interface, and the learning curve is very short. You can start a different project, merge the users from other projects and many many customizations.
Sometimes little slow, just a minute or two when I open it the next day in my local system.
