Based on the company's mission statement, Zielnavigator maps the strategic implementation initiatives, enables operationalization via qualitative goals (intentions, objectives) and offers the option for users to then translate the qualitative goals into measurable target contributions (objectives, key results). Appropriate initiatives and budgets can be defined and managed via the integrated task module. This creates a logical and traceable connection from mission statement to strategy to individual measures. Accompanying this, critical key performance indicators (KPIs) can be tracked via a KPI module, so that Zielnavigator ensures that the strategic state of the company is always kept in view.

Zielnavigator digitally maps the complete process of goal setting and supports that goal achievement levels are increased. Once goals are defined and created, users can easily update them in the software, communicate progress and roadblocks, and record key learnings and insights upon goal completion. Progress and confidence levels are graphically displayed, and thanks to an export function, goal reports can also be used for strategy reviews.
