HOA9 is a web-based solution designed for Homeowner Associations of any size to streamline HOA activities like Invoices and Payments, Maintenance Requests, Communication and Document Management etc.

HOA9 enables configuration of invoice details such as fees due, frequency etc. Invoices are automatically generated for the given configuration and sends an email to the HOA Administrator with details for review and approval. Automating the invoice generation help reduces the time and effort required to manually create invoices, and the risk of errors. Homeowners can view their invoices and make payments online. Payments can be made for the invoices with ACH payments or check. Invoices and payments history is maintained for future reference.

HOA9 allows for submitting maintenance requests and track the status. HOA will work with vendors on the requests and keep the status updated. Every time the status is updated, homeowners will receive an email notification and they can respond to HOA with feedback, and other comments. After the request is completed, they will receive an invoice for the maintenance. Overdue notification will be sent to HOA for the maintenance requests which are past due.
