Pros
Easy to use; great support; perfect features for a self-manage HOA; excellent bank integration; Owners are very happy to use because of it’s simplicity.
My experience with Payhoa has been really good. The staff is fabulous about getting back to me promptly when I have questions or am confused about a feature.
It has and will continue to greatly improve communication and ease accounting tasks. The technical support when I have run into some bugs has been as I expect, outstanding.
Cons
Only con comes from some of the display for late fee, as it is sometimes confusing, and for the deadlines as people struggle to remember if the deadline is at midnight that day or 11:59 pm.
My biggest issue with the website is when I edit charges the system is hard to accurately change to the new total and it messes up that persons account.
Budget building and assigning charges to certain "buckets" is somewhat confusing.
