Property management goes further to make property administration and tenancy self service accessible with an owner portal and a myCommunity resident portal. These facilities enable 24/7 anytime, anywhere access for paying rent, updating account information, logging and tracking requests, viewing documents and also arranging any insurance provisions. Additional features span marketing with customizable web and email templates, communications with text / SMS messaging support and an automated phone dialer, along with a property inspection app for recording findings on mobile devices.
