My overall experience with Propertyware tends to be mixed but ultimately positive — it’s a strong property management platform that brings a lot of value, especially once you get the hang of it

The one I hate the most is where I am auditing our database and after I am done PW automatically publishes units to Zillow.

I think Real Page has the right idea now that they are migrating some management companies that don't need the level of customization that Propertyware provides to Buildium, which is alot easier to use.

Can not open multiple browsers with the system. If I open tenant-A to send a notice through mail merge, but go to tenant-B's page just for a glance, since tenant-B was the last page I looked at, that's the information that will plug in when I select mail merge on tenant-A's page.

Text message feature was a good idea but had no mass text functions at the time so we got rid of it.
