What is Rentberry?
Rentberry is a cloud-based property management software designed to help real-estate businesses streamline the entire rental process, from application management to agreement signing. Landlords can publish vacant properties on the application and evaluate prospects’ personal information, such as identity confirmation, employment history, proof of income, and references.
Rentberry allows applicants to assess competitors’ proposals, customize offers by highlighting personal credentials and invite and submit applications with roommates. Tenants can request and schedule for property tours for specific dates or time and automatically receive reminders through email notifications. It also lets users approve tenants’ property tour requests and communicate with them through messaging.
Rentberry enables businesses to conduct background screening of tenants and generate credit reports for reference. The software also helps users upload rental agreements on the platform and collect digital signatures from tenants through the HelloSign integration.
