ClassSwap is a cloud-based studio management software designed to help pilates instructors and institutes manage classes, appointments, bookings, invoices, and more on a unified portal. The platform includes pre-recorded videos, which enables clients to view and organize past sessions.
The accounting functionality in ClassSwap allows administrators to create custom sessions and booking packages, generate invoices, charge instructor commissions, and process payments via cards. It offers a host of features such as a priority reservation system, automated invoices, direct instructor payment, real-time reminders, and more. The application enables clients to interchange classes based on expiry dates, add restrictions for specific sessions, and receive alerts for schedules. Supervisors can also handle overbooking, appointment clashes, waiting lists, and client follow-ups.
ClassSwap offers a self-service portal, which lets members book courses, private sessions, facilities, or studios. Managers can also send automated email notifications to instructors and clients about cancellation, rescheduling, and confirmation of classes using the built-in client management system.
